RETURNING PRODUCTS
If you deal as a consumer in accordance with Law 2251/1994, you can withdraw from the Agreement.
More specifically, if you change your mind, even after you have received the goods, you can withdraw from the purchase without reason within 14 calendar days. Meaning, you can return the products you have ordered within 14 days of receiving them with your proof of purchase, order form, order confirmation email or bank card slip (in case you have paid by bank card).
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can within 14 calendar days of receiving the products, send your request in writing, optionally completing the withdrawal form to the email address: info@zalo.com or via the contact form. For any information you need, you can contact us.
If you cannot return the products you have purchased from the Online Store yourself, the carrier can return them for you with an additional fee, corresponding to that of shipping the products. Whichever way you choose to request the return of the products you ordered; the return request becomes effective from the date you declare the request to return the products to us.
The products must be returned to us in any case no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal from this Agreement. It is considered that you have done this on time if you have sent the products before the 14-day period has passed.
Products must be returned in perfect condition and unopened packaging. If you open the package, you must ensure that they are returned exactly in the condition they were received, with all of their accessories, accompanying forms and packaging in perfect condition.
The return of the products is accepted, only if you have first paid every amount incurred by the company for sending them and the shipping costs for the return of the item.
The right of withdrawal does not exist in contracts for the supply of products that are not standardized and the production of which requires the personal choice or decision of the consumer or that are clearly adapted to the personal needs of the consumer (customized products) and/or for health reasons or hygiene.
Refund of the value of returned products
Provided you meet the conditions for legal withdrawal and the products have been delivered to us or the carrier, we will refund you as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days of the day we were informed that you have proceeded with the withdrawal, the amount corresponding to the value of the goods, less the costs of original shipping and return shipping, which you return in the same way as you made the original transaction, unless you prefer another method of refund, of which you must inform us in writing.
After withdrawal, in some exceptional cases, it may be technically impossible for us to return the payments received from you to the same payment method. In this case, we will agree with you the return via another common payment method.
